Overview

To support the delivery of our services, Roundtable Labs engages third-party service providers ('Subprocessors') to process customer data. This page provides a current list of these Subprocessors. We conduct due diligence on the security and privacy practices of our Subprocessors to ensure they provide a level of security and privacy appropriate to the risks.

Infrastructure & Hosting

The following providers host and store our application infrastructure and customer data:

  • Vercel - Frontend hosting and deployment for the Crucible web application. Location: United States.
  • Cloudflare - DNS and content delivery network (CDN) services. Location: United States (with global edge locations).
  • Railway - Backend hosting for API services and Celery workers. Location: Singapore.
  • Railway - PostgreSQL database hosting (primary data storage) and the Hindsight memory service. Location: Singapore.
  • Upstash - Redis database for ephemeral data and caching. Location: United States.
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) - S3-compatible object storage for artifacts (Decision Briefs, Meeting Minutes). Location: Australia (Sydney / ap-southeast-2).

AI & Model Providers

These providers process session data to generate AI outputs. All are contractually bound to our no-training policy:

  • OpenAI - Large Language Model (LLM) inference for session outputs. Location: United States.
  • Anthropic - Large Language Model (LLM) inference for session outputs. Location: United States.
  • Google (Gemini) - Large Language Model (LLM) inference for session outputs. Location: United States.
  • DeepSeek - Large Language Model (LLM) inference for specialized reasoning tasks. Location: China / United States (API served). WARNING: DeepSeek may process data in China, subject to Chinese data protection laws (PIPL). This may not meet enterprise compliance requirements. DeepSeek is optional and can be disabled upon request. See our Privacy Policy for details and opt-out options.
  • Qwen (Alibaba) - Large Language Model (LLM) inference for specialized tasks. Location: China. WARNING: Qwen may process data in China, subject to Chinese data protection laws (PIPL). This may not meet enterprise compliance requirements. Qwen is optional and can be disabled upon request. See our Privacy Policy for details and opt-out options.
  • Mistral - Large Language Model (LLM) inference for session outputs. Location: France (European Union).

Research & Grounding

These providers retrieve and verify public information used to ground debate research:

  • Exa - Web search and content retrieval used to ground research with citations from public sources. Location: United States.

Memory & Personalization

These services power Crucible's cross-debate memory ('Hindsight'), which personalizes your experience. Your memory is private to your account; it is never sold, shared with third parties for their own purposes, or used to train models.

  • Railway - Hosting for the Hindsight memory service and its vector store. Location: Singapore.
  • OpenRouter - LLM gateway used to summarize and retrieve memory context (subject to no-training commitments; embeddings are generated locally). Location: United States.

Authentication & Identity

These providers handle authentication and authorization for parts of the service:

  • WorkOS - Authentication and OAuth authorization for the remote MCP (Model Context Protocol) connector. Location: United States.

Payment & Billing

Stripe - Payment processing and billing management. Location: United States.

Analytics & Monitoring

Google Analytics - Product analytics to improve user experience. Location: United States.

Sentry - Error tracking and performance monitoring. Location: United States.

Support & Communication

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Simple Email Service (SES) - Transactional emails (password resets, notifications). Location: United States.

Updates to This List

We will update this list when we add or remove Subprocessors. For enterprise customers, we provide advance notice of material changes. A full subprocessors list with detailed information is available upon request.
